The Code Jamaica activities include the Bebras Challenge, a logical thinking and problem solving challenge; the Kangaroo Math Challenge, a math challenge that proves to students that math is fun and accessible; and the Oxford University Computing Challenge, a coding and programming challenge. Code Jamaica also features the Hour of Code workshops; the World Robot Olympiad (WRO Jamaica), a robotics competition; and robotics teacher and coach training and certification.
All the challenges and competitions and certifications are international, and are organized by the national organizers, Halls of Learning. Jamaican students are joining children all around the world in learning critical skills that they will need for the ever evolving digital world.
